Requirements: High school diploma or GED and 3-5 years work experience. Possession of a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record is required.
Location/ Hours: Residential Group Homes in Bay Minette, Robertsdale and Foley; PRN (as needed) all shifts 8:00am-4:00pm, 4:00pm-12:00am, 12:00am-8:00am. Weekends and some Monday-Friday shifts.
Overview: Prompts consumers to practice proper hygiene (bathe, dress, brush teeth, etc.), assists consumers with cleaning rooms and other designated chores as necessary, assists consumers in meal planning and preparation, supervises consumers taking medications and documents all refusals, provide assistance to staff of the employing Program in conducting activities for the clients, cooordinates and provides transportation services for consumers in a safe and timely manner, provides clerical support for program staff, conducts activities for clients that are relevant to skill deficits related to mental illness such as social interaction, behavior management and personal hygiene, provide role modeling for clients relevant to identified treatment goals, performs other tasks assigned by the employing Program Coordinator.
