- Supportive Employment Services provides assessment, placement and on-the-job support for persons who have progressed sufficiently in their recovery to become employed on a part-time or full-time basis. Job coaches provide close support pre-employment, in securing a job, and in follow-up during employment. Referral is through other Center programs. (251) 972-8240
- Prevention Services provides consultative and training services to young people and their families when the youth has come to the attention of the courts. Intensive educational and guidance is provided to assist the youth and family in changing behavior and lifestyle that may otherwise result in incarceration. (251) 990-4233
- Reaching and Encouraging Active Parenting
REAP services are provided in the home of the parents/child on a weekly basis. In these sessions, parents receive education and training in positive and proactive method of interacting with their children.
REAP provides services that are individualized to each family. In-home settings permit ideal modeling situations to occur. REAP services are made possible by a grant from the Children's Trust Fund of Alabama.
- Employee Assistance Program provides specialized intervention and counseling services to employees and their families of businesses and industry who contract with the Center for this assistance program. (251) 990-4211
- F.I.R.S.T. In-Home Intervention
FIRST is a voluntary 12-week intensive, in-home support service for children ages 7 to 17 years. FIRST is designed to provide services to families that are at-risk because a child has been placed in a residential setting or because the child exhibits behavioral, emotional, and/or mental health problems that disrupt the family..
